Background
The home care and housekeeping industry suffers from persistent supply-demand information asymmetry. This project builds a one-stop platform covering the full chain: booking → dispatch → service → review.
Contributions
- Designed core data models and RESTful APIs (users, providers, orders, reviews) with Spring Boot + MyBatis
- Implemented token-based authentication with role-based access control (client / provider / admin)
- Implemented an order state machine (pending → serving → pending review → completed)
- Built an admin dashboard and mobile H5 pages with Vue 3 + Element Plus, fully responsive
- Integrated frontend and backend and deployed the system
